I just had an idea come to me for today’s episode of the podcast and I felt really inspired to talk about it!

 

And then I realised it’s actually a perfect time to speak to this topic as we begin a new month – especially when it’s February.

 

Because it’s about this time in the new year where you can start to feel a little bit overwhelmed and daunted by those big goals you set at the start of the year.
